Service Program Fee
The Service Program Fee is designed to encourage parental involvement in the school, and to help bridge the gap between tuition paid by families and the actual cost of educating their child(ren) at CCA. This fee may be paid in monetary form, or with approved volunteer time, or a combination of both. The Service Fee is charged per family, not per child. The Service Program Fee is $250 (the equivalent of 25 volunteer hours) for two parent families and $100.00 (the equivalent of 10 volunteer hours) for single parent families. Staff and Board members are exempt. The Board of Directors shall select a member to coordinate this program and to approve and assign volunteer work hours. Families unable to meet their requirements may have others volunteer in their place, subject to approval of the Service Program Coordinator. Each family must fill out, sign, and return a Service Program Fee form prior to enrollment or re-enrollment.

Mid-Year Enrollment
Any student enrolled after the start of the school year will have their tuition prorated for the remaining months of the school year. The first month's tuition payment is due upon acceptance to Cornerstone Christian Academy, followed by regular monthly payments due on the first of each month, unless full tuition payment is received at the time of acceptance.
Late Tuition
Monthly tuition payments are deemed late if not received by the 1st of each month and will automatically be assessed a $10.00 late fee. If an account becomes two months past due, and there has been no communication from parent(s) regarding intended payment, the parent(s) will be required to meet with the School Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors Finance Committee. A payment plan will be developed and agreed upon by all parties. Should the meeting not take place or the payment plan is not met as agreed upon, the student(s) shall be dismissed from school. He or she will not be permitted to return to CCA for the remainder of the school year unless payment is made.
Parents will be expected to notify the school office of any financial emergency causing a late payment for a particular month and to communicate when payment may be expected.
Tuition accounts must be paid in full for the current school year by June 1, unless prior arrangements have been made. Should an account be two months or more past due on June 1, a reminder letter will be sent to parent(s). If no payment is made by June 15, a member of the Board of Directors Finance Committee will contact the parent(s) by phone. If the account is not paid in full by July 1, re-enrollment for the coming school year will be denied until all past due payments are paid in full.
