If the tuition payment is not received by the 15th of that month, a notice will be sent to inform the parent(s) that tuition must be paid in ten days or the parent(s) will be required to meet with a member of the finance committee, the principal and one other board member. This meeting will take place by the first day of the following month. The decision made after this meeting will determine if the student will continue the privilege of attending CCA. All reasonable attempts toward reaching a mutual arrangement will be made.
Financial Aid
Limited financial aid is available to allow some students whose families may not be able to afford full tuition an opportunity for a Christian education. Re-enrolling families shall receive priority consideration through the month of June, after which all financial aid applications shall be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Tuition accounts must be current in order for an application to be considered. Subject to the limits of available funds and based upon the criteria of the program, decisions are made in the order in which applications are received. Financial aid applications can be filled out on-line through our independent provider in a confidential setting. All tuition aid applications are strictly confidential.
